Lawyer, a consultant to the legal practice Ughi e Nunziante in Rome, professor of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Jurisprudence at the LUM-Jean Monnet University and at the Faculty of Economics at the Luiss University in Rome. He also runs the Company Law course within the Master in Business Administration (MBA) offered by the same university. He is the author of monographs and numerous publications in the field of commercial law.
